LET THEM COOK: THE GREAT NORTHEAST GRILL OUT

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3RD

1:00 - 8:00 PM

We want YOU (yes, you) to grill in our parking lot for our inaugural “LET THEM COOK” community event on Saturday, October 3rd. Here’s how it works:

  • Post up on our patio and grill up your favorite dish that day. Hot dogs, burgers, kabobs, satay, tacos - it doesn’t matter. If you’re passionate about it, we want it.

  • You’ll get a 10×10 space allocated for your pop-up. Just bring a table, your grilling rig, and a tent if you have one.

  • We’ll give you a $50 stipend for participating. You can use it on whatever you want - charcoal, propane, ingredients, whatever. Please note, you won’t have access to electricity, so prepare accordingly.

  • We ask that you prepare enough food for roughly ~50 people. After you sell out, you’re welcome to pack up and pack out, but we encourage you to stick around as long as possible.

  • We’ll be taking votes from attendees on their favorite grill-master. If you win, you’ll get a trophy and a $100 gift card to Insight Brewing.

  • On top of it all, you’re welcome to charge for your food! If you do, you’ll simply have to fill out a FREE permit from the city, which will be emailed to you upon sign up.
