Chapter I

The Wisdom of Old One-Eye

Old One-Eye is a unique breed of Blonde Ale birthed from the loins of the Norwegian yeast, Hornindal Kveik, and fermented at high temperatures to create a smooth, easy-drinking beast. An ode to Odin, who traded an eye for wisdom, this brew is a refreshing, citrusy 5.6% ABV that pairs well with almost anything.

Aka the drink of Gotland Island in Sweden. This unique 6.2% brew sports a malt bill of Eraclea Pilsner, Spelt, and Oak Smoked Wheat Malt. The hops are Vojvodinia. We've also put copious amounts of clover honey and just the right amount of Juniper. Of course, we used a super yeast, this time Kveik Voss. You'll want to try this beer, even if it's just so you can say you've tried it.

CHAPTER CCXCVI

Catfished by a Colossal Catfish

So many hops. Multiple whirlpool additionas plus two dry hop additions bring this beer to a new level of hope expression. We collaborated with our water to produce a canvas which gives this beer its noticeable softness and haziness. Multiple flaked grains provide the perfect haze in balance with this beers robust English base malt. Don’t age, drink immediately! Enjoy.

CHAPTER XLVIII

The Misadventures of my Rowdy Uncle

Brewed to taste just like a Moscow Mule, this beer shouts “GINGER” on the nose with a light, fresh citrus lime balancing out the ginger in the flavor. Poured straight into the pint or over ice, this beer tastes best in the sunshine and warm weather.

Pucker Up Doe Eyes Sour

Like Doe Eyes, this version also highlights the famous Door County cherry crop. However, it does so in a souring kind of way with a blend of two Lactobacillus strains. Cherries dominate the nose over a backdrop of subtle sweetness. Light body accompanies flavors of tart cherry, candied fruit with hints of spice in the finish.

Chapter LXIII

Don’t Feed the Splendid Moose

Our Northeast Pale Ale is brewed with Pale and Pilsner malt, along with a copious amount of Citra hops that give a super hazy and juicy color to the beer. Bright oranges fall on the nose with a smooth, citrus flavor on the palate. If you close your eyes, you just might think this beer was juiced rather than brewed.
