Every year, we at Insight are proud to give back to the community that does so much to support us. Please read through the below information before submitting your request. Once submitted, someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

Insight Brewing makes donations to charitable events as one we can give back to our community that helps support us. To do this, we review the thousands of donation requests we receive and determine which ones are a good fit for Insight to lend a helping hand.


If you have a donation request, please read the following guidelines, before you fill out and submit your request to ensure that your event qualifies.


Insight Brewing Donation Guidelines:

Insight receives A LOT of requests for charitable donations, and although we would love to help everyone and every cause, it is not feasible to do so. To assist with this process, we’ve put together some guidelines that will outline if your request is eligible for consideration.


If you have a great event or good cause that you think we should donate to, please let us know. Please keep in mind that we want to help those in need, so if you are looking for our beer at your wedding or party, this is not the place to make your request.


We ask that all donations are placed at least 30 days prior to the date of your event. From there, we will review your request and get back to you with a decision.


If you are contacted about a donation, they can be picked up on Wednesday’s and Friday’s between 1-3pm. No exceptions.

To narrow down the wide range of organizations that seek donations, we have chosen a few interests that we feel are important to lend a helping hand.
  • Education
  • Human Services
  • Environment
  • Animals
  • Arts and Culture


  • Political organizations/campaigns
  • Organizations without non-profit 501(c)3 or 501(c)6 status
  • Religious activities
  • Athletes/recreational teams
  • Individuals and private fundraisers


  • We prefer that requests are submitted online.
  •  If your request is not submitted 30 days prior to your event, it will automatically be declined.
  • The organization must provide a liquor license (and proper permitting where applicable) in order to receive any donation of beer.
  • A notification email will be sent out within three to four weeks of submitting your request letting you know if your request has been approved or denied.
  • All donation pickups must be scheduled in advance to ensure they are ready for pickup.
