Aged in Funken City barrels, this beer perfectly blends the sweetness of strawberries and the tartness of rhubarb. It uses a hefeweizen yeast paired with barley and wheat to create the smooth backdrop for the fresh fruit. The nose is immediately satised with sweet strawberry. A bold tartness lies on the first sip, leading the second into a myriad of fruity, tart, sour, mineral goodness Rhubarb comes through mid body while strawberry overtones carry throughout.
